Us.hay.com offers a Gift Card payment option during checkout. The number located on the back of the card is required to redeem a Gift Card online. It's also possible to redeem a Gift Card over the phone by calling 800.944.2233 (press 1). Please note that HAY Gift Cards are for use only in the U.S. If there is an issue with an order, the customer service team can be contacted via phone or email within three (3) days of receipt. If a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is received, it will be made right. Returns must be received in original condition within 30 days of receipt or date of purchase, whichever is later. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Returns are accepted only at the warehouse. Returns with a receipt will be refunded in the same form as the original payment was made. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded with a merchandise credit. Returns will reflect original discounts and promotions. Be sure to retain the original packing materials, receipt, and all merchandise tags for returns. No exchanges can be made for natural variations in marble, stone, or wood. Proof of purchase is required for exchanges, credits, or refunds on eligible items. Upon return, the item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits, or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Tax will be refunded in accordance with applicable law. Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage. Please keep in mind that furniture is vulnerable to damage during shipping. For this reason, it’s important to keep and use the original packaging materials for any items you wish to return. Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including gift cards, floor samples, items purchased from DWR Outlets, items marked “final sale” or “non-refundable”, custom and special-order items, items installed, preconfigured office bundles, and clearance items. All sales are final on items that display a “final sale,” with the exception of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If there’s a problem with an order, please contact for assistance within three (3) days of receipt. Final sale items are excluded from all price adjustments.
